Wangaratta , AUSTRALIA - a small town in Australia are struggling to cope after it was flooded with piles and piles of tumbleweed called " hairy panic ' .
The people of this town are having to spend hours each day cleaning up after their homes , garages , gardens and battery cover -high head of the brush.
The term "hairy panic ' comes from the Latin name of the plant ' s Panicum effusum . It is in all states of Australia , but extremely dry summer conditions esta have made it unbearable
